Morgan Owen
I have dedicated my career to advocating for the rights of my clients. Whether they are facing criminal charges, family law proceedings, or a civil dispute, I understand that nobody is defined by one case, and I strive to make sure my clients feel understood and respected every step of the way. Navigating the legal process can be intimidating. I work hard to demystify this difficult process for my clients, so they know what to expect while we work towards achieving the best possible outcome.
I started my legal career as a public defender, where I went to trial on over 35 cases and negotiated favorable plea deals in countless others. Since then, I have used my courtroom experience and client-centered approach to expand my practice to other areas. My background in both criminal and civil litigation gives me a dynamic perspective that helps me approach cases in a creative, holistic way.
